1. How can I place an order?

You can place an order directly through our website by selecting your desired product and completing the checkout process. Both Cash on Delivery and Advance Payment options are available.


2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for selected locations. Availability may vary depending on your delivery area.


3. Can I check the product before accepting delivery?

Yes, you must check the product in front of the delivery person at the time of delivery. This is mandatory for any return or complaint.


4. What if I find a problem with the product?

If you find any damage, defect, or wrong product, you can return it immediately while the delivery person is present.

⚠️ No complaints or returns will be accepted after the delivery person leaves.


5. Can I return the product after delivery?

No. Once the delivery is completed and the delivery person leaves, no return, exchange, or complaint will be accepted under any circumstances.


6. When will I get my refund for advance payment orders?

If you placed an order using advance payment (not COD) and returned the product at the time of delivery due to a valid issue,
➡️ your refund will be processed within 3 working days to your original payment method.


7. Is refund applicable for Cash on Delivery orders?

No. Refunds are not applicable for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. If there is a valid issue, the product will simply be returned at the time of delivery.


8. What products are eligible for return?

A product is eligible for return only if:

  • It has a defect, damage, or is incorrect

  • It is checked in front of the delivery person

  • It is unused and in original condition


9. What if I change my mind after ordering?

Once an order is confirmed, order cancellation or change of mind returns are not accepted.


10. How long does delivery take?
